Smashed our previous time by more than 3 minutes. Major time save is due to switching to tpless route: we do both the 2nd nightmare class 6 and the shadow alarm during the reactor without cancelling either.

Some time save still exists, with crazy RNG and near-perfect play it could perhaps go to sub-40, but we're exceedingly happy with this run.
